Kerruish Law ‘Comes Home’ to Ramsey

Boutique law firm Kerruish Law has recently relocated its Douglas office to Ramsey in a bid to cut down travelling time and improve work/life balance for its staff, most of whom live in the North.

The firm, which specialises in private client, property and business law matters is managed by Paul Kerruish who actually started out his legal career in Ramsey 25 years ago with Dickinson Cruickshank as a school work experience student. The former Ramsey Grammar School 'Head Boy', has gone on to carve out a very successful career in the law, including 15 years as Managing Director at Gough Advocates and a period of time as Vice President of the Isle of Man Law Society.

Paul set up his own boutique law firm 'Kerruish Law' in 2012 and has seized the opportunity to move his operation back to Ramsey to enjoy the more relaxed and convivial atmosphere of the town and at the same time provide residents of the North of the Island easy access to the expertise the firm can offer.

Paul Kerruish is delighted by the move and commented;

"With the majority of our staff living in the North of the Island, it made complete sense to relocate to Ramsey - the Isle of Man’s "Northern Power House"! The way that law firms operate these days online and over email, means that physical location is less important than it once was and the pressure to remain in the capital is no more. Ramsey offers attractive rents, a real sense of community and an optimistic outlook, as the town's independent business's go from strength to strength. We will still be offering the same service to our clients Island-wide and will happily travel to meet anybody who has difficulty making the trip 'over the mountain'."

Kerruish Law has taken up temporary office space on the First Floor of Bourne Concourse in Peel Street, Ramsey ahead of taking on a more permanent location in the town centre next year. All firm contact details remain the same.
